About Rice Cake Flour

Rice waffle flour is a by-product that is produced during the production of rice cakes for human consumption. A number of cakes are rejected, often due to an irregular shape. These are pre-crushed via a machine and stored. Subsequently, the rice cakes are finely ground into rice waffle flour.
