Rice cake flour

Ricecake flour is a by-product that arises during the production of rice wafers for the human consumption industry. A number of rice wafers are rejected, mostly because of an odd shape. By an installation, these ricecake are pre-broken and stored. Subsequently, the product is milled to a fine flour product.
