About Mashed Potato
Mashed potatoes are a quality product from ProCeres. The product becomes available during the production of potato flakes intended for human consumption. After a process of peeling and cutting, the potato pieces enter a blanching process. This is where gelatinization of starch takes place and after drying the high quality pet food product Potato Puree is created. The product is non-GMO and gluten free. It serves in pet food formulations as a serious alternative to gluten-containing grains.
