After a process of peeling and cutting, the potato pieces enter a blanching process. This is where gelatinization of starch takes place and after drying the high quality pet food product Potato Puree is created. The product is Non GMO and gluten free. It serves in pet food formulations as a serious alternative to gluten-containing grains.
