Sustainable potato flakes with a fine structure, 100% gelatinised
For the production of mashed potatoes, the potatoes are washed, peeled and cut into chips or slices. After that they are cooked, mashed and dried on a drum dryer. A small film layer of potato starch scraped from the drum and is valued as potato flakes.
Protato 100 is available in a coarse and a fine variant. Protato 100 Fine is suitable for grain-free and gluten-free feeds. Due to its high gelatinisation, Protato 100 Fine is excellently suited for use in pressed feeds.
